Spotlight on Mexico City
Come and be part of the biggest celebration of the year in Mexico City at the Day of the Dead Festival, which dates back thousands of years and has been depicted in blockbusters such as James Bond's “Spectre” and more recently the family animation "Coco". Celebrations begin in late October with an explosion of colourful costumes and macabre traditions across the city.
Also the birthplace of one of the world’s most colourful artists, Frida Kahlo, whose work embodies the vibrancy that you will find in the city. You can also view more of Kahlo's work at other museums such as the Museo Dolores Olmedo.
